NOIA Swimwear operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day. Please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders place after 10AM PST on Friday, will ship the following week.

What is your returns policy?
We can accommodate returns of merchandise for United States customers only. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within 15 business days of receipt. Only full-priced merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale items or any items purchased with promotional codes are eligible for store credit only. For more info click here.
