Returns & Exchanges


We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.



At Noia Swimwear we want you yo be completely satisfied with your purchase. We can accommodate returns of merchandise for United States customers only. To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within 15 business days of receipt. Only full-priced merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale items or any items purchased with promotional codes are eligible for store credit only. No refunds offered. We do not accept returns from our Internationally based customers.

We pay rigorous attention to our product quality. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.

Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise.  All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy. Depending upon the extent of handling required on our part, we may need to impose a $15 handling fee for these types of non-compliant returns. 

In order to receive proper credit for your return, please be sure all original tags and sanitary liners are still affixed/attached to the garment(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for returns.

All U.S. returns using the USPS return label provided will have $6.70 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package at your nearest Post Office (USPS).  Visit for locations. Please note, to use our prepaid USPS labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.


International customers - please contact us via email if you have any questions regarding your order, but we do not accept returns for our Internationally shipped orders.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling, and if it is within the 15 day time frame.

After receiving your Return Label, we suggest you take note of your USPS Return Label Tracking Number.  


  1. If you need a Return Label, you can send us an email at or send us a message in Contact Us page.

  2. Please provide us with your order number, name, contact info, and reason of returned.

  3. Follow the instructions marked in the Return Label that we sent you via email.

  4. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

  5. Place item in shipping packaging & utilize the USPS Return label – Please take note of your Return Label Tracking #.

  6. Once we received shipment, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.  Your funds will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed.

  7. We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.
